Once you have registered and paid for a coaching package, you will be contacted by Power Sponsorship to provide you with some additional information, helpful guidelines, and suggestions for how to get the best result from coaching.
Coaching advice is time-limited and is not a comprehensive analysis of your needs. Accordingly, it is provided in good faith but otherwise without responsibility or liability to you. Although session scheduling is flexible, time-based packages are based on an average of one formal, scheduled session per week. This comprises review of documents, preparation, and the session itself. Coaching suppport pack clients are also welcome to drop a line anytime for quick, ad hoc advice, based on availability.
Coaching is priced in US dollars only. If you are located in Australia, 10% GST will be added to the price. Australian coaching clients will receive a tax invoice, reflecting the US$ price, the AU$ equivalent, GST, and the current exchange rate.
Sessions are not scheduled until the fee is paid. Coaching can be paid by EFT/wire transfer or credit card.
If you change your mind about coaching, refunds are granted up to 24 hours prior to the first scheduled session, subject to a US $100 administration fee. After that, refunds will not be made. All refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to Power Sponsorship. Rescheduling sessions is allowed at any time, subject to availability.
