Announcing North American Sponsorship Training and Strategy Sessions Tour

Announcing North American sponsorship training and strategy sessions tourI’m headed to North America in October! Want to work with me?

I’m speaking at the Sponsorship Mastery Summit in Chicago on 2-4 October, and am making myself available for other clients in North America from 7-18 October.

If you’ve ever wanted to work with me, this is a great opportunity. Because I’m working with multiple clients on one trip, you’ll only pay a modest travel allowance, rather than for the entire (eye-watering) travel costs from Sydney. Bonus for me is that I can work with several clients, with only one bout of jetlag!

I’ve done this kind of tour several times before, in various regions around the world, with exceptional results for clients. I take the time to understand my clients, their markets, their challenges, and more, before I design any content. Sessions are designed to be highly interactive, practical, and inspirational. I use real examples from participants to demonstrate many skills and strategies (and create immediately useful takaways). And for strategy sessions, I bring extensive intellectual capital to the table.

Options

On this trip, I’m offering clients four options: Sponsorship strategy sessions, in-house training, group training, and partner training. Options can be combined, customised, and remixed into a program that’s just right for your organisation. Here are some examples of structures I’ve done for past tour clients:

Client 1 – Multinational consumer products headquarters (three days total)

  • Full-day workshop for frontline brand and sponsorship staff
  • 30-minute presentation on best practice sponsorship for executive committee
  • Four half-day strategy sessions with key brand groups

Client 2 – Professional sports organisation (one day)

Client 3 – Local government (two days)

  • Full-day workshop for local events, community programs, sporting organisations, and cultural organisations (the government’s events and sponsorship staff also attended)
  • Two half-day strategy sessions around two major, government-run events
  • Breakfast session for an invited group of local business owners and sponsors

Sponsorship strategy sessions

These in-person working sessions are short, sharp, and shrewd, as I bring all of my sponsorship experience and expertise to the table to help you solve problems, optimise opportunities, and build out your sponsorship strategies. Give me a day or two, and I’ll give you enough skills, strategies, and ideas to improve your sponsorship for years! More info

In-house sponsorship training

My goal is for your organisation to be confidently self-sufficient, fully leveraging sponsorship’s potential, and able to effectively respond to whatever challenges or opportunities come your way. Whether it’s one intensive session for your frontline staff, or a series of sessions for various stakeholder groups, I’ll develop a training program that creates vision, sets out how to maximise your results, and builds buy-in. More info

Group sponsorship training

If your role includes helping other organisations improve their sponsorship capacity and results, getting it right is critical, because it’s your reputation on the line. You simply can’t afford to waste people’s time with training that’s boring, irrelevant, or shallow. Whether you’re an association, networking group, or government organisation, I’ll take the time to understand your market and deliver the experience you need. More info

Partner training

Rightsholders, are your sponsors getting the most out of their sponsorships? Are they thoroughly leveraging the investments? Measuring the real impacts? If not, your sponsors are risking results, and you’re risking renewals. If you want to keep them happy and renewing, this could be just the high-leverage investment you need. More info
